Who we are
Lost Pet Poster (lostpetposter.com) is run by Lost Pet Poster ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the service does
The site turns a photo and the details you type into printable posters and flyers (free) and, optionally, social images and post text for sharing (the Neighbor Alert Pack). We provide the files. You decide where and how to use them.
We are not a lost pet registry, shelter, alert network or search service, and we do not contact anyone on your behalf.
Your photos and details
You keep all rights to your photos and text. You give us permission to process them only to make, store and re-send your files. You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that the details are true to the best of your knowledge.
Your phone number appears only where you put it: on your poster and in the images you ask us to make.
No guarantee of recovery
We work hard to make posters that people notice and read, but we cannot promise that any pet will be found or returned. We do not handle rewards, payments between people or hand-offs of animals, and we are not responsible for the actions of anyone who contacts you.
Purchases and refunds
Packs are one-time purchases of digital credits used to make clean HD images. There is no subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and the statement shows our name.
If you are not happy, email help@lostpetposter.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the credits you have not used. Because the images are delivered right away, credits already used are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise or the files did not work.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our acceptable use policy. In short: only real lost or found animals, no posters about people, no scams, no selling animals.
Limits of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
